3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in beach volleyball involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and confirm that I am medically fit to compete.

4. Code of Conduct

I agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and code of conduct of NextGen Beach Pro Tour SA and its affiliated governing bodies. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action or removal from events.

5. Communication Consent

I consent to receiving event-related communications via email, SMS, or official communication channels.

6. Consent for Participants Under 18

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and accept responsibility for the participant’s involvement.
